Lettuce is building an open banking hub that brings the world of money together. One that lets regular people have more control over their assets, and put their investments on autopilot.

With our app today, you can see all of your assets in one place. We offer realtime market data from Alabama to Zanzibar, on the Blockchain or in your sock-draw, including ETFs, Cryptocurrencies, and just about anything else. Lettuce will provide you with up-to-date information about your assets, no matter what or where they are. and keep track of their value in any currency you like.

Longer term, we're building tools to let you automatically rebalance, buy and sell your investments according to the rules that you set, or discover through the community.

Founded in 2019 with customers in 89 countries, we're committed to the idea that investing should be open, free, and easy for everybody.

Lead team

Lettuce was founded by a team of fintech entrepreneurs who have experience building core banking systems, personal financial management apps, smart credit card solutions, cryptocurrency exchanges, and in heading up innovation for traditional financial services providers. Our team is global, but we have main offices in the United Kingdom and South Africa. We're part of the Inves Capital group.

Simon Dingle - Chief Operating Officer

Simon was part of the teams that started 22seven, Curve, and Luno. He also wrote a book about cryptocurrency called In Math We Trust . He's a former technology journalist and podcaster.

Kenny Inggs - Chief Technology Officer

Kenny architected and built core banking systems for Standard Chartered Bank and 20twenty, and was the co-founder of 22seven. He was the lead architect for Microsoft (Middle-East and Africa).

Sam Beckbessinger - Head of Product

Sam wrote the bestselling personal finance book, Manage Your Money Like a F-cking Grownup. She was a product manager at 22seven, and worked as a innovation and UX consultant for traditional financial services businesses including Barclays, Western Union and Investec.

Jacobus de Nysschen - Chief Financial Officer

Jacobus was named as one of the Top 35 under 35 Chartered Accountants in South Africa by the South African Institute of Chartered Accountants and Accountancy SA. He completed his MBA through the University of Stellenbosch and is the group executive director for Creative CFO.
